Bedford Hills Home

We're so excited to share one of our most recent projects: a circa 1940s home with five room redesigns—dining room, study, entry way, kitchen, and living room! Keep reading to see all the details our team created!

This dining room was originally a Tuscan red, and the client wanted the room to feel calmer, cooler, and happier. We painted the most glorious blue to bring out colors from the art that was already a favorite. We added more dramatic accessories and special trim detail to the window treatments. The zebra fabric dining chairs give a classic touch.

This study now features a built-in desk and shelves, set amongst aquas and blues. The rug brings it all together—it's soft, colorful, and our favorite thing in this space!

The entryway, previously a beige gold, got a new coat of a cloud-like blue. On the table, we placed a chinoiserie lamp along with fresh hydrangeas. New European art hangs on the walls.

In the kitchen, we lightened the paint color and made a new, rope-trimmed cornice board and Roman shades. Over the table, we added a gold lighting fixture.

This living room used to have beige walls, but blue now sparkles in its place. We installed chic drapery panels with custom trim on the windows and created reversible pillows for the sofa. Above our client's heirloom table, a new painting gives modern pops of color.
